Ethics of Arts

 

Ethics is a branch of philosophy that deals with reasoning on the fundamental questions of morality. Of right and wrong, good and evil, of knowledge, and recognize the virtues, ethics are the fundamental issues. Question of the fundamental issues that led to the formation of two theoretical areas: meta-ethics and normative ethics, moral philosophy includes these two areas.

 

Ethics, sometimes known as philosophical ethics, ethical theory, moral theory, and moral philosophy, its involves systematizing, defending and recommending concepts of right and wrong conduct, often addressing disputes of moral diversity.Ethics may be divided into three major areas of study :

•  Meta-ethics, about the theoretical meaning and reference of moral propositions and how their truth values (if any) may be determined.

•  Normative ethics, about the practical means of determining a moral course of action.

•  Applied ethics draws upon ethical theory in order to ask what a person is obligated to do in some very specific situation, or within some particular domain of action (such as business).(wikipedia)

Ethics in the two fields are used, the first person clean (good from bad) and second behavioral methods sometimes called “behavioral norms” embedded in a cultural, religious, social or philosophical known. Individual morality, right or wrong goals, motivations or actions are defined and distinguished; goals that are learned have been created or group of persons who are, have been developed.

In French, the word ethics means customs are also used. Larousse dictionary definition (le Petit Larousse) of Ethics:

Morale in Latin (mores, mœurs):

• Codes of conduct and values ​​that a society is regarded as the norm.
• The ultimate goal of a theory of human behavior.
• Objectives and practical conclusions of a story .
• The doctrine of human happiness and the ways to achieve this goal .
• Particular set of behavioral rules.

Finally we can say that all morality in the world of yin and yang are intertwined and complement each other alternately.

 

 

 

Ethics are defined as “a system of moral principles” which constantly factor into the choices we make. However, these decisions can become confused, making this system of principles more gray than black and white, especially when competing priorities are at work.

Nowadays,we can easily access the virtual space via the Internet voice and video requirements found but the real question is how we can wage an individual or group, regardless of their rights to use.The answer to this question is very simple. Actually we must behave as we expect others to treat us.

For example, in a very trivial issues such as the use of fonts, we often don’t neglect to mention the source of them in our work. However lots of these kind of font were made by application manufacturers,which has legal licence.But for that kind of specific fonts that made by someone ,we must use them with their sign and permissions.

On the other hand,we easily could see the illegal and misuse of softwares and its distribution in the market which these abnormalities contribute to the development of commercially immorality in our community. According to our Code of Ethics and Professional, A Member shall respect all intellectual property rights (for example,by only using legally licensed software, and credited works of others)in their professional practice, and shall advocate other professionals to do the same.

In using photos,it’s a little different,even when we take the photo,but we can’t use them in some cases (for example, when whom we took photo from them don’t know you want to use them and how) .Never change the content of news photos and prevent the manipulation of time.

In conclusion we can say that all your best ethics, only framework that can help a photographer to take a rational and moral decisions and try to keep dignity of models.

In addition,all these ethical issues should be observed in all states and conditions,like record voices and capture videos or even using them for client who order the project.But if everything is clear and all of them just happen in few moments,so we can use them.

To conclude,the nature of morality in terms of two categories (meta-ethical and normative) are divided,the concept of ethics and ethical issues dealing with the root causes, such as responding to questions as why should we behave as we expect others to treat us? Normative ethics is more practical tasks and underpinning ethical standards,but at all answer of these kind of questions is really simple…We want to be free and no one disturb our freedom ,so we have to respect the others in same and any discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, religion,national origin, sexual orientation or disability.
